In 2019, NENO hired Lauren Lynch to conduct a non-biased survey of businesses in the North End to help us better understand the business climate and to identify some key needs that can be addressed in 2020 and beyond. NENO will be forming a small working team from NENO and other organizations to determine how to focus on the identified needs. Below is the results and analysis of the survey.
