We want and need everyone in the North End to be counted in the 2020 census. It is very important that everyone is counted to ensure that we are properly represented in Washington and receive our fair share of federal funds.

Census Help is Available at Ramsey County Libraries–in addition to the Census Bureau and State of Minnesota.

Ramsey County Library staff are providing 2020 Census assistance over the phone and via email, even while library buildings are closed to the public due to COVID-19. There are several options for getting help with your 2020 Census form, including help in many languages:

You may also find online assistance at the Census Bureau’s website. There is a short video on how to complete the online form. Additionally, there are guides and videos available in 59 other languages here, including Hmong, Somali, and Spanish.

During the period when library locations are closed to the public, computers will not be available for public use. If you do not have access to a computer, you will be able to use a library computer when normal library operations resume. You can also wait for the Census Bureau to send you a paper form in mid-April. Librarians will be able to assist you with the paper form as well.
