This communication is to inform you of street reconstruction occurring on Wheelock Parkway between Western Avenue and Rice Street.

The parkway will be closed to thru traffic with some sections fully closed to traffic.

We anticipate pavement removals and excavation to begin after the July 4th holiday, with crews onsite beforehand in preparation for construction.

Project updates will be posted weekly at www.stpaul.gov/construction.
