There will be a City Council Public Hearing on the CARP on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.   Public Hearings begin at 5:30 p.m., in City Council Chambers in Saint Paul City Hall.  I will make a presentation on the CARP prior to the hearing and then members of the public will be invited to speak.  The current version of the CARP can be found here Climate Action Plan
