Consolidated Plan
2020 – 2024 Updates
The City of Saint Paul is currently updating its five-year Consolidated Plan. The 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan will address the City’s housing and community development needs and outline priorities for uses of Federal funds in alignment with policies and implementation actions established in the City’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
Community input is an essential part of identifying priorities for these Federal funds.
