Recycling Program
Effective immediately, the City of Saint Paul and Eureka Recycling will no longer collect bagged clothes and linens. After a lengthy pilot study evaluating collection models, poor recycling markets conditions as well as the current Covid-19 threat, the City and Eureka Recycling have decided to permanently suspend collection of bagged clothes and linens.
